In short, No. Cardo units work on 2.4Ghz band – an internationally recognized unlicensed radio frequency that is also used by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices world-wide. This is band is a completely different than the much lower 475Khz radio frequency used by Avalanche beacons, and the 118-0137Mhz radio band used for general aviation.
