We got the 4 pack! It’s so good I’ll need to order 3 more. I can’t believe we’ve been snowboarding without Cardo for all this time. Hands free communication on the mountain all day long.
We will definitely be posting videos on our instagram and YouTube channels.

I can’t imagine not having this product now. Easy communication with the kids. Makes instructing so much simpler.

works ok, looks like these dbags didnt do some basic testing with the most popular ski\board helmets made by Smith. The helmet has a zippers that closes from right to left in the area where the speakers and wires go, making it almost impossible to keep the wire\mic set to the right side of the helmet (per the instructions), since the zipper force the wires to the left side. The wire for one side is short routing the wire is very difficult. How about you clowns test on Smith helmets and provided longer speaker wires for both speakers? Looks like an amateur design at best. App is also very basic and doesnt provide much help. Getting the 2 units to link and join group took 10 attempts, much to be desired. please send your devs to school to learn how to build an app sorry you will have to let go of your sisters kid who I assume designs the app currently.

I was skeptical going in—and honestly had very high expectations—especially since it cost over $1,200 for my wife, our four kids, and me to all have these while skiing. They absolutely did not disappoint. Being able to communicate with our fearless 6- and 8-year-old boys on the mountain is truly next-level. It completely changes the experience and adds a huge layer of safety and confidence. These are 100% worth the money.

Works well in snow conditions. Packaging was very aesthetic, Instructions to put together were clear. Music streaming not currently available on Pack-talk outdoor model (future firmware update?). Range is very good, extended range with multiple Packtalk intercoms works well. Battery works well throughout the day.

Cardo has allowed us to stay connected on the hill when we get separated. Skiing with a sit skier, I sometime stay behind with someone that may have fallen and allows me to communicate that quickly to my partner.. It is changing our days of clear communication and staying safe on the hill. No more getting separated or going the wrong way to difficult runs. Get Cardo to stay connected all day long!

I just returned from an amazing ski trip in Switzerland and Austria, and I couldn’t be happier with the Packtalk Outdoor! The microphone performs flawlessly, blocking out background noise like wind, and the speakers are incredibly crisp and clear—perfect for chatting with friends while skiing or enjoying music. It honestly feels like I’ve unlocked a whole new level of experience! Huge shoutout to Packtalk for making such an awesome product!

Teaching our son how to snowboard was so much easier with Cardo. We could talk to him and help give him instructions on when to carve, using heels or toes it was great! We were surprised how far it worked!!!

Setup was fairly easy depending on the helmet you have. I had to unstitch my ear cuffs area to install the speakers and then stitch it back up but that is because of my snowboard helmet. Sounds is top notch…. Can even get too loud.. lol. Connection to phone through app was a breeze. Using it on the slopes was great. Range was ok as long as not too many obstacles in the way. Only issue I had was volume from music sometimes would lower when communicating and then come back louder than original. Watch where you install it on the helmet as it is easy to accidentally mute or scroll the volume. Sometimes it went really loud that I had to quickly mute it.

Although more usage and time will tell my wife is hearing issues, and I purchased them with the hope that I could communicate with her a little bit better when we’re skiing and so far it is then more successful than I expected
I work at a ski hill so I’m used to two way communications with Motorola radios and such it takes a while to explain to people that you should complete your sentences, so that people are not walking on each other , but it works much better than anything. I’ve tried before. And is all technology can only improve with time.
I guess the most solid recommendation I can give anybody everybody else is gonna be trying to catch up to these guys

Took it out today and was blown away with the quality and functionality.
On the slopes at times u need to communicate information very quickly and this makes it so easy.
Never mind coaching the kids on technique in real time.
The ability to make sure everyone is safe and happy!
It’s literally an amazing thing to have on a ski holiday!
Best money u will spend!!

I haven't had a chance to check these out. No snow on Mt. Hood, OR just yet. I used the packtalk snow version and those are some great coms. Hopefully the upgrade with fast pairing works, but also excited how more stealth these new versions look.

I will add that this thing sounds phenomenal. But you pay for that in size. This is the bulkiest Entercom I’ve ever seen and as a result I’m having a lot of trouble installing it properly in the helmet. I don’t have multiple units so I can’t speak to its intercom functionality so at the moment just using it as a regular headset. But the sound is really impressive. I’m not sure I’m willing to wreck my helmet to the extent I would need you to permanently install this though.I was planning to get another in test the intercom I’m very interested in seeing what kind of range we can get on our motorcycles. But after dealing with the installation process here I’m probably not going to invest in a second one. I would love to report on the intercom feature but it looks like I will not be able to do that.I may test it on a bicycle helmet instead where I can put it on the outside and not have to modify the helmet. But that’s not what I wanted it for.1 ⭐ Doesn’t work at all or has a terrible flaw. Dangerous or egregiously misrepresented. Incomplete.2 ⭐ Functions for the most part but in ways unexpected or not how it’s supposed to. May be unreliable or very cheaply made.3 ⭐ An average product that works fine but may be too expensive. I would not be excited about buying again but might. I would only recommend with serious caveats. 3 stars is not as bad as Amazon treats it. They consider it negative rather than average.4 ⭐ A very good product that I would buy or an average product at a very value price that meets all expectations performs wonderfully and I would purchase again and reckoned to others.5 ⭐ A phenomenal product that exceeds expectations and/or represents an unusual value. Would absolutely purchase again and not only recommend to others, I would advocate for it.

I got this for my brother to use on a snowboarding trip. This outdoor communication system came recommend to me by a friend and it was the perfect gift for my brother. He said he used it every day and the sound quality was great. However, I just wish I got the product sooner because it ended up arriving the same day he left for the trip so it was cutting it quite close.
